In order to become a notary, I completed a Law Degree (LL.B) and a Diploma of Notarial Law at the University of Sherbrooke. Then, I got own notarial practice and worked in Lennoxville from 1994 to 2012. My office is now situated in Sherbrooke at la Place Andrew Paton since 2013. For a better service, I expended my field of practice and became also an accredited mediator in family matters since 2010 and in civil and commercial matters since 2018. I obtained a certificate in modern languages at the University of Sherbrooke to be able to serve you in three different languages, namely in French, English and Spanish. Your needs and interests are important to me and always taken into consideration when answering your requests. I take care of my clients and listen to them attentively for a better understanding of their legal needs. I am passionate about outdoors activities, yoga and travelling, which gives me a good balance between my role as a professional and my personal life. I am a self-employed notary, specialized as a land titles examiner, who works in collaboration with Mtre Coutu since 1995. I completed my notarial diploma at the University of Sherbrooke in 1989. Then, I had my private practice for few years before I decided to dedicate my practice to land title searches. My expertise allows Mtre Coutu to give a quality services to her clients. I often attend specialized training in real estate law, so to stay updated and competent in my field of practice.
I graduated from the University of Sherbrooke in 2017 where I completed my Law Degree (LL.B.) and my Master in Notarial Law (M.D.N.). Then, I joined the practice of Mtre Anne-Marie Coutu in January 2019. I am a young and dynamic notary who wish to offer a professional service to my clients. It is important for me to build a trust-based relationship with people and to adapt myself to their needs.

I joined the team of Mtre Anne-Marie Coutu in 2017 after I graduated as a paralegal in 2013 from O’Sullivan College in Montreal. I also completed a law certificate at Laval University in 2015 and I am currently completing a degree in the administration of human resources at TELUQ University. At the office, I am the person in charge of the real estate and corporate files including those in mediation. I make sure that you understand well our work before your first meeting with the notary. My role is to handle all the legal documents in accordance with the law, but also to be the intermediate between you and the notary during the whole process.
I joined the team of Mtre Anne-Marie Coutu in 2018 after I graduated as a paralegal from the Séminaire de Sherbrooke. In addition, I completed a certificate in the administration of human resources at TELUQ University. At the office, I am the person in charge of succession, family mediation and non-contentious proceedings. I joined the team of Mtre Anne-Marie Coutu in 2018 and I completed my law degree at the University of Sherbrooke in 2019. I started working as a receptionist for the office in order to understand and assimilate the notarial practice and then I was able to assist my colleagues in some of their files mostly in family mediation. It made me realized that I have a real interest for mediation, so I decided to continue my academic path and attend to a master’s degree offered by the University of Sherbrooke in Longueuil concerning alternative dispute resolution. I now offer my services part-time to the office of Mtre Coutu for their various needs related to the notarial practice and its administration. I am also comfortable to serve you in English if you would like.
