In order to become a notary, I completed a Law Degree (LL.B) and a Diploma of Notarial Law at the University of Sherbrooke. Then, I got own notarial practice and worked in Lennoxville from 1994 to 2012. My office is now situated in Sherbrooke at la Place Andrew Paton since 2013. For a better service, I expended my field of practice and became also an accredited mediator in family matters since 2010 and in civil and commercial matters since 2018. I obtained a certificate in modern languages at the University of Sherbrooke to be able to serve you in three different languages, namely in French, English and Spanish. Your needs and interests are important to me and always taken into consideration when answering your requests. I take care of my clients and listen to them attentively for a better understanding of their legal needs. I am passionate about outdoors activities, yoga and travelling, which gives me a good balance between my role as a professional and my personal life. I joined the AMC Notaire team in the fall of 2018 as a legal assistant for the preparation of the FCT and FNF mortgage financing files. My experience with the clients and my co-workers at the office turned out to be very positive, so I enrolled in the Bachelor of Law at the University of Sherbrooke. I am currently a 3rd year law student and I assist part-time Mtre Anne-Marie Coutu in all areas of notarial practice. In addition, I am fluent in three languages: Spanish, French and English. I translate legal documents into all three languages and I certify foreign documents. I am therefore able to offer an excellent service to all our clients in the language of their choice.<\/p>\n

I am a self-employed notary, specialized as a land titles examiner, who works in collaboration with Mtre Coutu since 1995. I completed my notarial diploma at the University of Sherbrooke in 1989. Then, I had my private practice for few years before I decided to dedicate my practice to land title searches. My expertise allows Mtre Coutu to give a quality services to her clients. A native of Abitibi, I have been living in the Eastern Townships for several years now and I have acquired a lot of experience in customer service working in the Estrie region. Since the summer of 2021, I\u2019ve been working at AMC Notaire as a receptionist and legal assistant. I am setting appointments both in person and by videoconference. I also prepare FNF\/FCT mortgage files, among other multiple tasks that I am in charge of at AMC Notaire firm.<\/p>\n

In January 2022, I joined the firm of Mtre Anne-Marie Coutu, Notary, AMC Notaire\/AMC M\u00e9diation. I am trilingual, my spoken and written languages being French, English and Romanian. Since 2021, I am enrolled at the University of Montreal in order to obtain a certificate in translation (English to French), because I want to offer to my clients a high level of spoken and written multilingual services, as well as good quality translations of legal documents.<\/p>\n

Before starting my career in law, I obtained a Doctorate in Theology (PhD) from the University of Bucharest (Romania). After obtaining my Master’s degree in Notarial law in 2016, I began my practice as a notary in Longueuil (Saint-Hubert). I now live in the city of Sherbrooke that I appreciate very much and where I enjoy my practice as a notary.<\/p>\n

At AMC Notaire law firm, I am the notary who mainly deals with FCT and FNF mortgage refinancing files. I can also receive real estate and family law files.<\/p>\n
